News: Online Compliance First For Alternative Lenders
Enhancing BCCA’s commitment to providing first class compliance and regulatory services to its members, the new BCCA training package now includes a subscription service to access sector-leading online learning through Unicorn’s ComplianceServe learning and performance platform alongside BCCA’s established face-to-face programme.
BCCA ComplianceServe underlines BCCA’s support to its membership of financial services firms providing alternative finance solutions and third-party cheque cashers by ensuring all compliance, regulatory and legal content is up-to-date and relevant to members.
“We love the challenge of bringing even the driest compliance and regulatory material to life by putting learners into scenarios and using first class, dynamic tools, graphic design, animation, audiovisual, case studies and assessments to show how the learning can be applied in real life.
“With the BCCA’s expertise and high quality face-to-face training, this partnership will provide the members with a robust, scalable approach to compliance training.”
ComplianceServe provides a fully-tailored approach to compliance training to support employee understanding of their obligations under the relevant pieces of legislation and regulations covering an organisation’s activities.
Rachael Corcoran, BCCA CEO, said: “BCCA is very pleased to announce this arrangement with Unicorn as it will provide members with access to a wealth of relevant training at a time when it should be firmly at the top of the compliance agenda.
“We believe we are delivering services members want at very competitive prices and we have had a very encouraging reaction from the membership.”
Unicorn Training has been creating learning and development and compliance solutions for the UK’s ever-changing financial services for over 25 years.
SkillsServe, our learning and performance platform, is ranked top LMS for financial services and 5th overall across all sectors in the Top 50 LMSs Report 2015, compiled by leading global eLearning analyst and consultant Craig Weiss.
